Set to take keen explorers 13.8 billion years back in time is the 35,000sqm Abu Dhabi Natural History Museum located at Saadiyat Island. Designed to be the largest of its kind in the region, it will house exhibits like world-famous ‘Stan’ – a 39-foot T-Rex fossil in addition to the
extraordinary Murchison Meteorite specimen which has revealed valuable insights about the early solar system. There will also be an impressive array of significant artefacts, immersive displays, curated collections, innovative mediations and experiences that showcase incredible wonders of our universe, fostering advanced scientific discovery and nurturing passion for natural history. For the first time ever, history of life on Earth will be presented through an Arabian lens, while also giving visitors a glimpse into a sustainable future.
