We have different types of Meet and Assist:

Standard meet and assist

Our airport representative meets the passenger before the immigration counter and assist them through the immigration and luggage process. There after they are guided to their respective mode of transfers to drop them to the hotel as confirmed by them.

Normal Marhaba Service on arrival

After arrival at the terminal, one has to report to the Marhaba counter where from you will be assisted by the Marhaba staff who will guide you through the special counter for passport control and then they are handed over to our airport representatives.

Diamond Marhaba Service on arrival

Where the meet and greet service for the passenger are done by Marhaba staff at the aerobridge. Guests are provided with fast track clearance and are guided through the special counter for passport control. Guest will be accompanied by a porter also who will be handling the luggage and there after the tourist are handed over to our airport representatives.

Diamond Marhaba Service on departure

The passengers are received by the Marhaba staff at the entrance of the airport with porters to escort them to the Marhaba Lounge. Where from they will be provided with express check in, clearance through the Immigration, passport control and security check. Then they will be transferred to the departure lounge by a buggy and there after accompanied to the entrance of the aircraft to board the flight.
